Your personal data (such as name/surname, address, place, and date of birth, phone number, email address, education level, educational background, work experience, foreign language proficiency, attended seminars, conferences, and certificate programs, references, and any information or document identifying the individual included in the resume form) will be processed for the purposes of evaluating your job application and suitability for the relevant position, conducting the Company’s recruitment processes, concluding them, considering your application for similar positions that may arise in case of an unfavorable result, contacting you in this regard, and improving and enhancing the recruitment policies implemented by the Company.
3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your processed personal data, stored securely for the above-mentioned purposes, will not be shared with third parties except as required by legal regulations and with your explicit consent. However, if requested in writing by Courts or Public Institutions/Organizations under legal regulations and within the framework of legal grounds, your personal data may be transferred.
