Objective of the Human Resources Department at Hidrodinamik Shipyard is to recruit persons sharing the same culture, values and vision with us. In the recruitment process, we prefer those who can contribute to the company’s future and take the responsibility of their job.
Eligible candidates who apply for a job position at our shipyard go through a competency-based interview. Depending on the position, they fill out a personality inventory test, take a foreign language proficiency exam and a general aptitude test. Eligible candidates have the second interview with the department manager. All applications are recorded in the company’s database.
Our salary policies are determined according to the responsibilities of the position, professional knowledge and skills, and performance evaluation. Through this salary management system, we aim to attract the required human resources to our establishment by revising salaries based on performance as well as changes in the relevant sectors and market conditions.
We implement a performance evaluation system based on competence and goal. We aim to continuously develop the performance of both the establishment and its employees. To this end, in-house and out-house training events and work-oriented self-improvement training events are organized.
